Merchant business return and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the order process. Customers have to click on an "Accept" or "Agree" for return and cancellation button before submitting their payment information. • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
• No cancellations are entertained for those products that the TutorsGlobe marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Refund Policy

If you are, for any reason, not received your purchase, late delivery (only you notified before that no need of purchase after due date), then you can communicate with customer support team for refund. Request for refund can’t accepted for below reason

• Refund can’t be considered if you change your original requirements that were mentioned at the time of purchase.
• An email formally asks for refund won’t be considered. You should have a proper proof that purchase does not meet your requirements. You will be asked for documents of proof.
Lengthy writing service purchase – refund can’t be considered after full service delivery. If you have an issue in purchase then you can ask for revision. Those are time consuming task and if you have plagiarism issue then quick support will be provided for revision.
