Your student union has decided to support a local charity by fund-raising on a Rag Day to be held in the town. Key events include a fancy dress relay race with teams sponsored by local businesses, a disco, Rag Raids, of collectors on local shopping centers and a raffle with prizes donated by businesses and celebrities.
Either as an individual or in a small team, write a short report to the Union Charity Rag Committee setting out the stages of the planning cycle for one of these events and making clear the issues relevant to each stage.
