Your organization has recently outlined the reorganization of one of the business units. Personnel are going to be aligned according to the new organizational structure. The different department directors have been named, the new structure has been announced, but personal assignments have yet to be announced. The directors will hold a series of meetings where they will each present proposals of which personal are best suited for their department. Many individuals are highly sought after, so the department heads have negotiated to carry out the determination of resources.
