Your department is in charge of planning and coordinating next spring’s sales management training program for your company that markets consumer goods. The company has many offices and the training program should be offered at a location desirable for many of the offices located in different parts of the country. This will include (but not limited to) planning the topics for the training program, arranging speakers and their travel, identifying a meeting location and arranging everyone’s stay, informing the various offices of the company about the training program, handling all the details, etc. Your department has been asked to prepare a proposal for this and present it to the manager.
