It is a journey of transformation for any organization to fulfill HR's potential to be a true strategic business partner. Review the video and relate its content to what you have read in Ch. 1 of your textbook and our class discussions.

Your assignment is to post one (1) research article that supports the argument that HR has transformed itself to more of a strategic partner with the business-- from its more traditional role as an administrative or compliance function.
