Library Research Project
You understand from your academic studies and your experience that the organization’s leadership is responsible for developing a culture that supports the values and mission of the organization.
As part of the expansion to a new facility, you and your Director will be working with the HR generalists to define the leadership skills that will best promote a culture of inclusion, collaboration and creativity while supporting employees in their individual contributions to organizational success.
Develop a PowerPoint presentation of 5–7 slides (not including Title and Reference slide) with 200–250 words of speaker notes for each slide that covers the following:
Research major leadership theories/models to find at least 3 models that will support the organizational culture UPI wants to foster.
Discuss the tenets of each of the theories/models and its origins.
Discuss the strengths and criticisms of each of the theories/models.
Recommend which of the models is best suited to help UPI achieve its goal of leading a culture of creativity, innovation and collaboration.
