Assignment
You are in an organization and with 3 people who are at the same level with you and you have the same supervisor. You feel the supervisor is making you do more things and while you do more extrarole duties, it is getting to feel like a thankless job. While you love working with the customers, you feel that the other 2 are getting away with low class work or right at standards. Another problem is the supervisor will only give you a 57/60 and he gives the other two a 60/60. There is much disparity and unfairness. The other 2 get bonuses and extra work for pay. You really don't feel you can go up the chain and speak to anyone. You tried once and your second level supervisor stopped you in your tracks. What would you do if you were in this position and situation?
