Your project activity needs to cover the following:
- Environmental analysis
- Strategy
- Marketing Mix
- Monitoring and evaluation control
You should demonstrate a clear understanding of the external and internal environments of your choice. What the Macro and Micro factors are and the kinds of influences each one includes. In the context of the chosen product/service, you will show how these influences are linked and influence each other. (Do not only describing them). You will also identify the most appropriate STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) strategy, following by the marketing mix. Finally, you should suggest ways of monitoring the proposed marketing plan.
