You need to create desktop software by using Visual studio and need to create database as well and then link it with each other and create it real software
Some steps of how to create the software
1. create the databases by using either Sql or Microsoft Access
2. you have registration page it will include Student id which will be the primary key and will you click Save it show message box with auto student Id and how much the chosen course will be
3. also Assign Tutor Page
4. view currant page so when you write the tutor name and click search it will show Panel the Assign page information that belong to the searched tutor
5. payment page when you write the student id it should show the student name automatically and the payment amount should be loaded from the registration page
