In NO MORE THAN FOUR paragraphs, discuss the following.
1. What one major marketing decision has the organization made in the past year?
2. Why did they make the decision?
3. What internal and/or external factors influenced the decision
4. Remember that marketing decisions can include any of the 4 P's, and may relate to target marketing, strategic programs or other aspects. Which marketing mix variables (the 4 P's) were affected?
5. Be sure to tell include the name of the company AND a link to the annual report.
You may have to dig a little into the report to find this. Or it may be on the first few pages. Usually, there is a message from the CEO in the beginning that may give you some information, and you can find additional information later in the report.
