You have the code to read a .csv file but now you need to prompt the user to pick an option 1-5
Next you have to assoicate the users input with the answer from the csv file. It needs to scan the whole row to get the highest murder rate, lowest murder rate etc. Then output the results.
Crime1 is the worst option becuase it doesn't look into the csv for the answer and I can't get it to run the code on the if statements
