You have been hired as an HR staffing consultant by the administration of Sincere College. They need your assistance in locating, recruiting, and hiring an outstanding young scholar to join the faculty of the Davis School of Business. As their HR staffing consultant, you are to develop a recruiting plan that will generated a diverse and talented applicant pool as well as a strategy to fill the position with the best applicant. You are to prepare a comprehensive research paper that presents your recommendations to Sincere College's board of directors. GENERAL DUTIES:
CAMPUS SPECIFIC INFORMATION: Sincere College is located in the beautiful foothills of the Blessed Valley Mountains, CT, approximately 75 miles northeast of New York City. DESCRIPTION: Teach primarily in the area of Business Ethics. Candidate may also teach a combination of required and elective courses such as Perspectives of Business and Society.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Have earned a Doctoral Degree in a business discipline or closely related area.*

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate must have at least one year of teaching experience at the college level, as well as teaching and research interests in Business Ethics. Faculty members are expected to maintain active participation in research, scholarship, college governance, service, academic advisement and professional development activities.
RECOMMENDED: Professional experience in the private sector with a for-profit organization is recommended but not required.
