You have a team of 50 agents in 1 office in 1 city. After a lot of recent, quick growth to get to 50, you have just started to stabilize the program. Then, you’re asked to split the program into 2 groups, add 10 more people, and keep 1 group in the same office, and put the other group in a new office in a different city.
