You are leading a team of 6 employees.  As part of your transition to the new role, the previous manager states he will give you a brief overview of the members of your team. He stated one member named Angela always wants to take the lead on all of the projects and she is gets stressed when she feels like people are not pulling their weight.  He noted that two of the members of the group, Tony and Gina like to get projects completed as soon as possibly but don't always take the time to look at issue from multiple angles.  He said there are another two members Jay and Lakeisha that need more time to finish projects or sometimes don't meet the deadlines because they are looking at every angle of an issue. He stated the last member of the team George seems to let everyone else handle the projects and seems to sit back unless asked multiple times to engage in a project. He stated that lately he has noticed that employees have recently not been getting along, and the group has become ineffective as a team.
