You are to develop a project to submit for assessment, for example it can be a project of your choice from the service, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, building or another relevant industry.
The layout and design of your project is at your discretion.
Must include, scope document, Resources Matrix, Risk Analysis, Budgets, WBS, Pert, Critical path, Gantt, Milestones, Materials Breakdown, Communication Matrix, Stakeholders Matrix.
The following key points must be answered and included in your project plan:
1. Define the project
- Who are the stakeholders
- Clarify the project parameters (scope)
- Explain authorities and reporting arrangements notably any legislation and laws
- Resources used and the resource availability
- Project risks associated with your plan
- Include your budget estimates
2. Develop the project plan
- Show evidence of a work breakdown schedule
- Include a work dependencies diagram (critical path analysis)
- Include a completed gantt chart
- Show keymilestone and monitoring plans (incorporate in gantt chart)
- Provide evidence of risk management plans
3. Administer and monitor the project
- Provide a list of Record keeping procedures
- Show Measurable performance standards (Dates)
- Explain the communicating progress
- Include all Material purchases
