You are the human resources manager of a multinational corporation in Canada. Your corporation has recently established a subsidiary firm in Saudi Arabia, for which you have been assigned as the HR director. Identify three policies/practices that you would institute to ensure that your subsidiary firm can function with the least amount of culture-based discord?
Question 2
You are the chief operating officer (COO) of a large organization. As COO, you are required to develop the compensatory system for employees. Identify three compensatory elements that you implement in the organization (not including salary) and justify why these policies would be most effective for maximizing the efficiency and performance of your organization’s employees.
Question 3
You are an entrepreneur who has just launched company a company. As you hire employees, you must decide whether your company’s power structure will be flat or hierarchical. Please explain which type of structure you would prefer and why. Moreover, identify three systems of communication between you and the employees that you would institutionalize that is consistent with the structure of your organization.
