You are required to write an academic report which explains how to maintain effective relationships between employees, managers and leaders in organisations during a period of change. We will provide some examples of case study organisations to use. (You should consider which HR Practices help enable effective communication during change in organisations, and the role of HRM Professionals in negotiating with different stakeholder groups).
