You are required to select an event as a case study to structure a risk management plan of approximately 3,500 words. The selected event should provide enough complexity to allow the the possibility to develop an appropriate risk management plan. It is expected that your plan will integrate key concepts from the course and provide examples from the literature to illustrate and support statements. Based on your case study event, you are required to produce a written plan that includes at least the following:

(4) Event Context(Describe the event and its key features).
(5) External Context (Describe the social/political/economic environment within which the event takes place).
(6) Risk Identification (Identify and describe 3-4 of the most significant risks. Include a matrix).
(7) Risk Analysis and Evaluation(Analyse and evaluate fully each identified risk).
(8) Risk Treatment Options(Develop treatment options for each risk.).
(9) Conclusion(Conclude by summarising the key points in the discussion and finalise the report).
(10) Appendices(Include an appendix if you have documentary material which supports your arguments).
(11) References (Include references that appear in the report. Ensure that you base your report on credible sources).
