You are an HR Manager in a company that has recently received complaints from employees about lack of inclusion.
Develop a 2-page overview for a training program on diversity and inclusion for your organization's first line supervisors.
Include an overview of the diversity and inclusion plan, plus clearly identified training objectives as well as the delivery method, training duration, and the types of exercises, roleplaying, or activities that will maintain participant interest and enhance the learning outcome in the body of the training plan.
Incorporate what you have learned about "Adult Learning Theory" by providing rationale for the activities you propose and how they relate to this theory.
Discuss how this diversity training can positively IMPACT employee morale, improve workforce inclusion, and lead to more managerial success. (It is important that you not simply state that it will impact, but instead highlight HOW this training can specifically make the positive impact intended.)
