Consider the following scenario:
You are a supervisor at a construction site and you know that the trench or hole that your workers are working in his improperly shored. You do nothing to fix it. The hole collapses and injures or kills one of the workers. Is there any criminal responsibility for this on the part of the 1) company, or 2) you, as the supervisor? If so, what is the basis for liability, if any?
