1. You are a legal professional at a five-lawyer family law firm who has been assigned to perform the initial intake interview with a prospective client who is possibly seeking a divorce. A secretary has just seated the client in the firm's conference room. You feel you are well prepared to conduct the initial client interview.
1) Discuss at least three questions you have prepared to ask the client. Based on your experience dealing with divorce cases such as this one, you know that many prospective clients tend to be a bit stressed, nervous, and afraid.
