Can anyone please write visual basic command to
1. load a LVM file( file name: Data.lvm)
2. Delete the first 22 row
3. insert a new column from 0 to the last row of the file with increment of 0.1 ( For example, if there are 25 rows in Data.lvm; then 25-22=3, it would be 0 0.1 0.2)
4.Make a XY Scatter chart with x = column F, y= the column insert.
