Write the effects of a singular change to megans health

Problem:

Write the effects of a singular change to Megan's health and development for the following with in-text citation and reference from books and peer review journal: Mia turns 17 three days ago; and her baby little Jay is now 9 months. She continues living on a large inner-city estate which has a reputation for anti-social behaviour from young people, with use of alcohol and other drugs. Nathan (43), her father, is still in jail serving a ten-year jail sentence for burglary and drug offences. Mo (68), Nathan's mother and widow, supports the family as much as she can, but has poor physical and mental health. Megan (41), Mia's mother, continues to use alcohol and other drugs regularly, and still supporting her habit by dealing in soft drugs, petty theft, and prostitution on the side. She suffers from anxiety and severe depression, accompanied by binge drinking, leading to frequent hospital outpatient treatments, her recent episode led to her being hospitalised. It was a close call, everyone thought she would not make it. Fortunately, she recovered, though not as strong. During childhood, Megan and her siblings went into care because of neglect by their mother. Now, her mother, Mariam (57) , diagnosed with cancer and in the last stages of cervical cancer is in a hospice, currently receiving end-of-life care. Megan was 16 years when she gave birth to Mia. She suffered from serious postnatal depression after giving birth, which escalated into clinical depression when Nathan was imprisoned. Mia was barely three months old then. Megan's depression has usually been accompanied by binge drinking and has led to various periods of outpatient treatment and hospitalisation.
