Problem: I need a really detail response on what a college newspaper should be, especially because there are student that aren't really interest in newspaper anymore, so What would student want it to aspire to, be, say, sound? How it would look? Exist? Paper? Online? App? Nothing is too small to consider. And what Departments should it have? National Desk? Local Desk? college Desk? Arts? Sports? Etc.?
