Problem 1: Select a small to medium-sized company's brand and its industry that you think will be good for the marketing plan project and explain why.
Problem 2: List at least 5 major competitors of the brand and the industry you chose in Q#1.
Problem 3: Select two distinguishing (determinant) attributes for the map's axes (e.g., high price-low price, wide choice-limited choice, healthy-junk food, fast-slow, etc..) that consumers focus on the industry you chose in Q#1.
Problem 4: Position products or brands (from Q#1 and Q#2) in the below perceptual map in the minds of consumers (see Chapter 9 perceptual map and lecture video for more info).
Problem 5: Please write a product positioning statement for your chosen company.
Problem 6: Brainstorm ideas to create a marketing plan for a new product or service that you believe offers the greatest value to consumers and/or Return on Investment (ROI) to the brand or organization you have chosen.
