Please search online and find 10 online news stories on ONE of the following topics: a) CHINA AND MACROECONOMIC IMBALANCES (i.e. excessive dependence on exports and investment), b) CHINA AND LABOR or c) CHINA AND THE RENMINBI. The news pieces should be published after January 1, 2012. Make sure to select substantive news pieces.
Write out an essay, which should include the following:
1. List the titles of the 10 stories and their web addresses;
2. List the main ideas of the 10 news pieces you selected (like bullet points - one or more bullet point per news);
3. Select the 3 most significant news pieces and make their summary (300-400 words);
4. Discuss their collective significance (i.e. why did you pick them?), including their connection to the readings that have been assigned.
