Write on what you feel you have learned from reading Plato's Republic. Have you learned anything about the nature of justice? Have you learned anything about what sort of life would make you happy? Have you learned anything about what it means to know something? Have you learned anything about how we might improve our own state politically? These are just a few of the possible angles you can take on answering this question. Do not try to argue more than one point, though. Even if you feel you have learned several things from the Republic, pick the one you think is most important and argue for that.

Have you studied anything about what it means to know something? Have you learned anything about how we might get better our own state politically? These are just a few of the possible angles you can take on answering this question. Don’t try to argue more than one point, although. Even if you feel you have learned numerous obsessions from the Republic, pick the one you think is most significant and argue for that.
