Problem: Make a one page food safety guide to use in your kitchen to help prevent food borne illness. In your guide, you must address each of the following topics with TWO measures for prevention. You may use our textbook or online resources (such as CDC and USDA resources for food safety) to develop your guide. Make your guide in Word, PPT, Publisher, Canva, Google Slides, or any format you can upload here, and to use as a reference in the kitchen! Make sure your information is accurate and visually appealing. Keep your guide to ONE PAGE!
Topics to address: (1) proper handwashing, (2) preventing cross-contamination, (3) cleaning and sanitizing, (4) temperature danger zone, (5) proper thawing, and (6) safe food storage. Four points will be awarded for each topic!
