Assignment task: I want to write letter regarding this message I got regarding a violation from my side hustle. With all honesty I followed all the rules according to their guidelines but to my greatest surprises I got this message. I emailed the person back to state when and how I violated the rule but he did not give me any reason.
Now I need to draft a letter stating to them that I would like to know when I violated and how I violated the rules when delivering the alcohol. And also if I did I am appealing for them to kindly forgive me and grant me access to start delivering alcohol as the removal of alcohol in my account is affecting my order visibility and I will appreciate if my request is granted.
I have been working with this people for a while and I have put a lot of work in this place for them to do this to me without any prior warning.

It's come to our attention that you violated our alcohol delivery guidelines. We take such violations seriously because they violate your Independent Contractor Agreement.
We are removing your ability to deliver alcohol, effective today
