Write an Organizational Research Paper
In this assignment you will write a short research paper on a specific organizational structure.
Procedure
1.Research the Web for actual instances of an organizational structure of your choice.
2.Develop a five-page research paper outlining the rationale for this type of organizational structure.
3.Include in your paper the flexibility of this organizational structure to support the projects it initiates.
4.Submit your paper to your instructor as described in the Submission section below.
5.After submitting your paper to your instructor, post to the course Forum your opinion on what structure either your current or past employer may be, and list the characteristics in this organization that support your selection of structure type.
