You will attend Symposium I and have the opportunity to work on and refine the topic of your dissertation. In preparation for the work you will do at Symposium, write a paper that describes your initial thoughts and ideas for your Dissertation research. You will use this assignment in the first Symposium session. Your paper should include the following:
State your original research ideas related to your topic and why you are interested in this topic.
Write an initial draft of your problem statement, research purpose, and research question.
What is the difference between your problem, purpose, and research question?
Support your problem, purpose, and research question by summarizing the literature that you have already reviewed related to your topic.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
(2) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
(3) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
