It will be written in first person, so the use of the personal pronoun "I" is permissible.
The thesis of the essay will involve a claim about a common theme which ties the major essays together.
You will reflect on each of the major essays and discuss what you personally learned from each exercise. Your consideration of each major essay will recall and support your thesis argument.
Your conclusion will offer a final statement of significance; how was the course relevant to your academic career, experiences, or personal interests?
Length: 1-2 pages, typed, 12-point, and double spaced.
