A thesis needs to clearly explain its scope.
Can you try to put your topic and ideas into a sentence that fits this model: "Because of A, B and C are the result; therefore, "a sophisticated investigation of the moral repercussions of copying as well as the possible legal repercussions."
A thesis should: lay out the issue, make a claim, and then ask for the reader to take action. You have the last part, where you ask the reader to "take action" by investigating further... We just need the first part to be a little more clear.
