Warrant 2: Individuals carrying Ebola can appear unaffected, meaning that they will pass screenings and be allowed to fly and still be able to expose or infect others.
Data 3: Banning flights from West African countries worst affected with Ebola can help to decrease the spread of Ebola worldwide.
Warrant 3: The ban would mean that Our Country can count on less individuals being diagnosed with Ebola in the United States.
Counterclaim: Instead of focusing on a ban of flights from West African Countries stricken with Ebola, the nation should focus on creating a vaccine to wipe out the disease.
Rebuttal: While creating a vaccine is a sound idea that should be encouraged, it is not feasible at this time because so many individuals are already infected with Ebola; thus preventing the spread of Ebola to the U. S. should be a goal to accomplish now.
