Applications of Algorithms and Transition Diagrams
Complete both parts of the Discussion.
Part 1: Algorithms
Write an algorithm for an action that you perform each day - something with multiple steps and which requires you to make decisions. For example, putting snow tires on your car or tidying up the house for a visit from your mother-in-law. Your algorithm must have at least one conditional operation, one iterative operation, and one sequential operation.
Part 2: Transition Diagrams
How can transition diagrams help you to write or design a better program, application, or system? Identify an example scenario in which a state transition diagram might come in handy. Be sure to identify at least three states and three transitions in your scenario and the probabilities associated with each transition. You may use the software of your choice for the drawing.
