Question:
Illustration Essay
- From what I can figure out is that the illustration is an effective tool when considering how I want to best present a point to an audience. While abstract concepts are useful, it is the examples that allow readers to connect with your argument and retain it.
For example, if I were to write about sacrifice, I might choose to relay the narrative of a soldier who gave his life for his country and for his unit, thereby sacrificing all that he had for a noble cause and for those with whom he served.
The specific details of his account would mean more to a reader than anything abstract you could write about sacrifice-which incidentally illustrates the point that, in fact, illustrations help to convey a point.
Should be 300+ words.
