Essay Homework
Your homework is to find two scholarly papers (examples will be shown in class) of between 15 and 25 pages apiece which examine some aspect of the First World War from different perspectives. Cite these paper as sources when first mentioned in the body of your paper, and also in a Bibliography at the end. See the Purdue Owl Writing Center handout on Chicago citation method. The two essays do not need to be entirely in opposition to each other, nor do they have to be on exactly the same specific subject. However, they should treat the same general topic from different perspectives. All I am asking is for you to locate two reputable academic papers about a single subject, and then write a unified five paragraph minimum essay on what the different perspectives are. The aim of the paper is to get you to see how different writers approach a historical topic from different perspectives, and for you to communicate these approaches to the reader.

Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
• The answer must be using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, typed, with one-inch margins on all sides.
• The response also includes a cover page containing the student's name, the title of the homework, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
• Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
