Why is this issue more critical than any other of the many issues facing management?
This is a general question to get you to start thinking about management and the many trends that are impacting leadership and the organizations they lead.
There is no "right" answer to this question; the most critical issue is for you to choose based on your readings.
A minimum of five quality references are expected in this assignment. These references can come from your assigned eReadings and other quality readings you identify.
