Write a report that demonstrates a happening or day-to-day issue as an Administrator or Manager of a business services organization.
You report should make reference to at least 3 of the following areas:

2. Managing Business Challenges
3. Managing Operations
4. Managing Finance and Resources
5. Development in your Management & Leadership role
6. Developing Project Specifications and Objectives.
Example of area to look into can be:
a) Review of project management processes.
b) Review of performance management system.
c) Production of a new induction video.
d) Assessment of Employee Engagement.
