The first reading of biological, physical and social-psychological perspectives accounts for the effects of these perspectives on sex and gender. It is considered that notions of sex, genders and sexuality are socially constructed. Along with this, in dealing with gender identity, gender role concerns and sexuality carries across the lifecycle (Nelson, 2010). In the aging process, particular physiological changes occur that will affect the expression and experience of people. Aging process is shaped by the biological and physical changes in the body. Along with this, class, status, ethnicity and gender are intervening variables that influence the health and aging of human beings.
