Write a report on "The Impact of RMB Exchange Rate on China’s Trade Structure".
Abstract
The current account balances of all the economies, especially of USA, have a direct impact of the RMB depreciation. Therefore, the objective of the researcher is to discover the impact of RMB exchange rate on the trade structure of China. The description of exchange rate policy of China and its effect on trade structure of the economy will be described here using different Econometric Models. There is a dynamic effect of exchange rate fluctuation will be discussed in the analysis section. Ultimately, the possibility of enjoying the comparative advantage by China will be determined by the trade performance of China and the export demand of China to its trading partners.
