Write a report on the case Commissioner vs Arnold.
Write a report outlining the following:
1. Case introduction.
2. Outline the Sections breached and explains why those sections were breached.
3. Discuss and critically ANALYSE the court/tribunal decision and the reason for the decision in view of the corresponding Act (e.g. GST, FBT, etc).
4. Present the report in class. All members must present on the day or a fail will be recorded. Presentations will be of a maximum of 5 minutes.
