1. A discussion on the legal issues arising in the given case justified in the content of the legal provisions of the Omani Labour Law. Support your discussion with relevant citations.
2. A discussion on the employee misconduct and its effect on the employment benefits and employment contract ?
INSTRUCTIONS
- The written Case Analysis has 40% weighting in this module.
- Maximum words for answering the case should be 2000 ± 10% words
- This is an individual assignment.
- The assignment MUST be submitted on-line (through MOVE) on or before the due da (i.e.). 3=000CX
- A bibliography must be included and referencing must be in Harvard style.
- All assignments must be adhered strictly to the deadlines specified by Majan College.
