Write a proposal and an essay for the topic: Multiculturalism in workplace in Canada. Racism and discrimination should be discussed in the topic.
The proposal should be a paragraph of 150-200 words, specify what it is that you are going to argue or investigate in the essay.
The essay should be 800-900 words excluding the references and outline, the essay should include:
1. A complete outline
2. Word count at the end of the essay
3. In-text citation (APA format)
4. Reference page (APA format)
5. There should be at least three reliable and scholarly research sources, one of them should be a book.
6. The essay paragraph structure need to be "topic sentence + supporting details + conclusion of the paragraph".
