This is a three weeks, four days per week program log listing all foods consumed for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Include snacks as well. You should list all calories, carbohydrate, fat and protein for the day's food menu. You should total all and apply your daily calories to see if you gained or lost weight that day. In addition, you will write a paper, minimum of four pages on a subject pertaining to nutrition and your experience.
The format for your Nutrition project:
1. Introduction listing ‘'my Goals''
2. A clear and precise log of eating for three weeks.
3. My goals achieved or not why not?
4. Your four page paper.
