Think about one of your favorite companies-or a company where you might like to work-and analyze their social media presence and engagement. Does it have a Facebook page, Twitter account, blog, or other ways to connect with customers online? If it does have a presence, what do you think of the way the company interacts with customers? Does their approach encourage you to contribute? Do you believe that customers feel listened to online?
Write a one- or two-page memo to the company's vice president of social media with your recommendations. Submit this to your instructor.
