Write a dossier on the leader (or an important individual) for your threat organization.
The dossier should be 2-3 pages, and is for the National Security Council. It should cover:
1. The 5Ws: Who, What, When, Where, Why
2. Background
3. ideology
Don't let the word DOSSIER concern you. Follow the three sections above as your template.
