Executive Summary
The aim of this research is to consider the different concepts of risk management in new projects of deploying technology. The organization selected for the purpose of this research is Hamilton Hotel. In order to conduct the research, there will be a need for involving both, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. With the help of qualitative research methodology, secondary data will be collected and used for the purpose of presenting a literature review and for the purpose of analysis. Further ahead, quantitative research methodology will be used by conducting a survey. The survey will be conducted by using the tool of questionnaire. Also, there will be a need for conducting an online survey for serving different purposes. In the overall context, different research methodologies and tools will be used for the collection of highly diversified information related to the research.
Making investment in the technology for marketing is important, but there are certain risks involved as well. Hamilton Hotel must consider the goals of its business in order to align the technology with the efforts of marketing. This helps in achievement of objectives across marketing of search, advertising, marketing of content, and social media (Singapore, 2010). The implementation of any plan involves the management of risk in order to be successful and hence, this research becomes extremely important to consider different aspects for the management of risk for ensuring the success of projects. Hence, it becomes important to conduct this research for the success of Hamilton Hotel.
