Write a Contingency Plan on something you have experienced in life or from your job. In your contingency plan you should include: (A.) All possible stakeholders. Look at every possible angle from the guests point of view, the manager, the employee, the owners, etc. (B.) List every possible contingency. For instance if the guest falls, what happens if they get up and walk away; what happens if they don't get up; what happens if they get up but need help? (c.) List all possible results from the action, including who and how they are affected. (D.) Be sure to address Civility & Courtesy in your Contingency Plan. (E.) List Instructions and Guidelines.
