Problem
A letter reporting the problem to the company pretend you got the product you ordered (Neutrogena: oil free acne wash pink grapefruit facial cleaner), but there was a problem. Now write a claim letter, reporting the problem to the company and requesting an exchange or refund. For example, the facial wash does get delivered, however, 10 of the 25 bottles are damaged or past the expiration date. A letter should be written to describe the problem and request a solution.
